30 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE
August 5 - September 3, 2014.
This summer Just for You Wellness Studio has posed another challenge to any client willing to participate.
The challenge: Complete the following items at least 5 days a week, for 30 days straight:
• 20 minutes of walking or running
• 1 minute plank
• 50 sit ups
• 20 push ups
Sound pretty easy? Well here's how the actually challenge will work. Each participant must pay the challenge $50. In order to win, complete the required workouts, an be sure to record them in the day tracker. As stated before, you must only complete the workout 5 days a week, meaning you are able to take 2 days off per week. Make sure you record your off days as well. If you want to do more than 5 days a week, go for it!
Once completed, hand in your tracker to the office, and everyone who completes the challenge will be entered in a draw to win half the pot! Of course, there will be smaller prizes for those who come in second and third. It's a win-win situation!
