All monthly packages require post-dated cheques at the time of the registration for the duration of the contracts signed. Please make cheques and post-dated cheque(s) out to Just for You Wellness Studio. Please fill out and bring in the Registration Form to Just for You Wellness Studio during office hours. Lumpsum payments are available - ask office for more details.
